There are three key deliverables from the business process development service:

• Process Documentation: For processes that were targeted for immediate implementation, a graphical and textual workflow of how the process will be executed at the company will be provided.
• Forms and Templates: For processes that were targeted for immediate implementation, official company forms to complete the process will be designed and provided in soft copy.
